Born a psychic medium… but it took reaching breaking point, before I truly awakened.

As a neurodiverse woman and a natural-born psychic medium, life never felt linear. I’ve always known I was different, always trying to fit in, but never feeling truly seen—and neither did understanding what or how to heal.

I’m a proud mum of three teenage boys, and for over 20 years I’ve been rooted in the Frankston area, raising my family, supporting my community, and slowly—but surely—rediscovering my true self.

I wasn’t always connected to my intuition, despite it quietly guiding me along the way. That all changed the day Reiki found me—or perhaps, the day I was finally ready to receive it. It was a turning point. Reiki didn’t just assist me to heal; it revealed the version of myself I always longed to become. It was the start of a journey of deep personal growth that has spanned over 15 years.

But this path wasn’t born from light alone.

In 2021, my life came to a sudden, devastating halt. A severe medical crisis shattered me—physically, mentally, and spiritually. I had no tools left to support myself emotionally. I was lost… until my grandfather appeared. He had passed over 20 years before, and yet there he was—by my side in spirit, holding space for me. It was through his love and unwavering presence that I began to rebuild.

Since then, my connection to Spirit has never been stronger. Through this deep connection, I now serve as an open channel—able to bring through messages from loved ones passed, offer intuitive guidance, and incorporate multi-level Sound Healing instruments. I have also recently trained in helping to gently restore the body to a state of homeostasis through doTERRA essential oils, light massage and Reiki. My sessions hold space for the soul, the heart, and the nervous system—because healing happens on all levels.

My purpose now is to grow my spiritual presence in the community and to provide healing that is not only powerful but accessible. I’m devoted to creating a space where people feel safe to heal—where their traumas, triggers, and wounds can be seen and softened.
