Girl Talk Program for 8 - 11 year olds

Life can be tough growing up and we live in a world of many distractions and stresses. This program gives girls an opportunity to feel safe, heard and listened to. It's a place to make friends and to grow in confidence and self-awareness.

I'm excited to be starting this program for young girls and teens again. I've created a space for all things related to supporting our young girls to be the best version of themselves they can be.
