Sound Bath

Come join Julie for a blissful 1 hour sound bath where you will have the chance to ⁠rest in a deep healing state of relaxation as your senses and soul are bathed in the sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drum, gong and chimes, shakers and voice.  Sound healing has many benefits: lowers blood pressure, reduces stress and anxiety, clears energetic blockages, boosts the immune system, clears and balances the chakras (energy centers in our body),increases focus and clarity, improves sleep, calms the nervous system, improves circulation, promotes well-being and brings harmony to the mind, body and spirit.

You will leave feeling completely blissed out, relaxed and revitalized and ready for a sound sleep in the evening.

Please bring an open mind, any extra pillows or blanket and bolster (if you need something under your knees) and water. You can get quite cold during a sound bath, so depending on the weather please wear warm clothing and warm socks.

Please do not wear strong synthetic perfumes and all phones must be switched off or on flight mode during session.

The Sound bath is in a space towards back of building.  Please walk through gates towards backyard.

Cancellations In the case of an event or course cancellation by Unearthhealth delegates will either be offered an alternative date, a credit note or refund.  To receive a credit you must cancel at least: 24 hours notice of cancellation a full refund will be given or a transfer of ticket If cancelling within the 24 hours you will forfeit your ticket
