Dealing with Overwhelm

Life can be busy, but doesn't need to be overwhelming. When we feel overwhelmed and stressed we feel that we have little choice in how we spend our time, which ends with us never being able to be fully present in what we are doing.
The feeling that there is a constant demands on our time can leave us feeling stressed and unable to fully relax, both mentally and physically. If not addressed productively, this can lead to health issues.
To address these challenges, we can learn to work with tools that enable us to manage our time effectively. However, to have more control over how we live our days, it's essential to take responsibility for our choices. Recognizing that core values of choice and honesty are fundamental to living our best lives is crucial.
