I want to take you on a path of healing, learning to love yourself and others more deeply, and learning the courage to be who you were born to be.

Why?  Because it is what I have to do in this life;  to give to you what I have learned in my own healing and discovering who I really am.

I arrived at this place after many years of searching for what it meant to belong within myself and with others, and to find peace. That journey was really all about learning to love more authentically; I have learned and changed a lot, and it will continue. 

It is time for me to pass on this learning through healing, coaching and teaching you how to love more deeply and meaningfully. That's really what it's all about. 

My path to get here took me into teaching, a long corporate career, personal development and study. All the while chipping away at what it means to be me and what it means to love.
